Using ILVANA
How long do I leave it on?
We recommend leaving ILVANA on for 10 minutes, then gently removing it and rinsing thoroughly. Do not exceed 10 minutes. View the how-to guide.
Do I need to patch test every time?
We recommend a patch test 24 hours before every use. If itching or another reaction develops, do not use it.
How often can I use it?
We recommend waiting at least 72 hours between uses. How often you groom depends on your hair growth and preferred finish.
Is the hair removal permanent?
No. Hair grows back, and regrowth varies from person to person.
What comes with my order?
Each 140 ml can includes a scraper. The number of cans depends on your chosen bundle.

Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us with your order number and new address before your order is fulfilled.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email support@tryilvana.com within 7 days with your order number and photos. Approved replacements are free, including shipping.

How do subscription renewals work?
Renewals repeat at the frequency shown when you ordered, at the same price and quantity, including any free units in your bundle.
How do I pause or cancel?
Use your subscription management link or email support@tryilvana.com before your next renewal. Include your order number or checkout email.
