Shipping policy

We aim to make receiving your ILVANA order straightforward. Below are our processing, delivery and tracking details.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Estimated US delivery is 6–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery may take longer during periods of high demand. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping Costs

Orders of $49.99 or more qualify for free shipping. Any applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you pay.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email your tracking information. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder or contact support@tryilvana.com with your order number.

Shipping Addresses

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins, and we cannot redirect a parcel after it has been handed to the carrier.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost and cannot be recovered, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
